How it works
Four steps, the same whether you need a quick proofread or support across a whole PhD.
1. Tell us what you need
Use the quote form or WhatsApp. A few lines are enough: your level, your subject, your deadline and what you'd like help with. You don't need to send files yet, and you don't need to know what the service is called. If you're unsure, browse all services or just describe the problem.
2. Get a written scope and quote
We reply, usually within a few hours, with any questions we need answered. Then you receive a short written scope: what's included, what isn't, the deliverables, the timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
3. Work in clear stages
Larger projects are split into stages with check-ins. For a dissertation coaching plan, that might be a session every week or two. For dissertation statistics, it might be an agreed analysis plan, then the analysis, then the results write-up feedback. You can steer at every stage.
4. Receive it and understand it
Everything comes with explanations. Editing is delivered in tracked changes with comments. Analyses come with annotated output and notes on why each choice was made. Coaching sessions end with clear next steps. You then have time to ask follow-up questions within the agreed scope.
