Our services
We provide coaching, feedback, editing, proofreading, research and statistical support. Each project is defined by a written scope agreed before work starts.
Academic integrity
You agree to use our services in line with your institution's rules and our academic integrity policy. We may decline or stop work that would breach it.
Quotes and payment
Prices are fixed in the written quote. Small projects are paid upfront; larger projects may be paid in stages. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Revisions
If delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope, we revise it at no extra cost when you tell us within 14 days of delivery.
No guarantees of outcomes
We don't guarantee grades, admission, funding or publication, which depend on decisions outside our control.
Confidentiality
We keep your work confidential as described in our privacy policy.
