The details you send us (name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, level, project description) and the files you share for your project. Our website uses no advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver the agreed work, and handle payment. We never sell your data or share your files with third parties, other than the expert working on your project.
Confidentiality of your work
Your drafts, data and documents are confidential. They are never published, reused or used to train software. We can sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
Retention
Project files are deleted after the project ends unless you ask us to keep them. Basic records of correspondence and invoices are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing contact@gradwise.online.
